ABOUT THE TEAM

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Participation in projects with relevance to money laundering law and / or related to the prevention of other criminal acts
- Supporting the specialist departments with regard to issues relevant to money laundering law and fraud, as well as proactively deriving measures for process optimization
- Internal and external contact on the topic of money laundering prevention, prevention of terrorist financing and other criminal acts as well as sanctions regulations
- Implementation of legal and regulatory requirements in the areas of money laundering prevention, avoidance of terrorist financing and other criminal acts, as well as sanctions regulations
- Regular monitoring and evaluation of the organizational measures taken and those taken to remedy deficiencies
- Analysis and documentation of suspicious cases and initiation of appropriate measures, including submission of suspicious activity reports to the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU)
- Implementation of awareness-raising and training measures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Successfully completed studies in economics, industrial engineering, law, political or social sciences, business informatics or business law
- \+3 years of professional experience in the field of money laundering and fraud prevention
- Ideally, completed bank training or comparable knowledge of bank-specific process flows
- Knowledge of AML systems and routine use of MS Office
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and an independent, self-reliant way of working
- Ability to work in a team and pursue the overall interests of the company
- Very good written and spoken German and English, other languages are an advantage
