Our client is one of the leading real estate finance boutiques in Europe and specialises in providing independent advice and raising capital for selected real estate transactions.

The transaction profile includes the entire debt structure (senior loans / whole loans), mezzanine loans and preferred equity as well as equity for new acquisitions and refinancing or restructuring situations.

Tasks
- Initial review of incoming financing requests and business plans
- Preparation of cash flow models and financing presentations
- Presentation of transactions to potential financing partners
- Acquiring new clients and conducting market analyses and research
- Active expansion and maintenance of the network of financing partners
- Preparation of and participation in client meetings

**Requirements**:

- Hold a qualifying academic degree in Finance with excellent academic background
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in the field of real estate, investment

banking, private equity
- A committed, detail-oriented and responsible way of working
- Strong communication skills and a team player personality
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Application-secure knowledge of MS Office, in particular, MS Excel
