Ihre Aufgaben

Teamwork wird bei uns großgeschrieben Als Mitarbeiter im Team Service Design sind Sie Teil des Entwicklungsteams unseres Support-Tools 360°. In ihrem Verantwortungsbereich liegt die Erstellung von Workflows im Rahmen von Prozessimplementierungen und -optimierungen.
- Sie überführen komplexe Prozesse und Arbeitsanweisungen in leicht verständliche Lösungen.
- Sie prüfen und optimieren bestehende Prozesse auf fachliche Korrektheit, Aktualität, Konsistenz und Vollständigkeit.
- Sie analysieren und bewerten Nutzungsdaten zur Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen.
- Sie sind wichtiger Bestandteil unseres kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses (KVP).
- Sie arbeiten eng vernetzt mit den Prozessteams sowie der Tool-Entwicklung zusammen.

Das wünschen wir uns

Grundstein Ihres Erfolges ist eine erfolgreich absolvierte Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Supportprozessen eines Telekommunikationsdienstleisters.
- Sie bringen bereits Erfahrung in der Bewertung und Optimierung bestehender Arbeitsabläufe mit und sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office.
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Telekommunikationsbranche, im Customer Care oder Service Management gesammelt und zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Kundenorientierung aus.
- Eine lösungs
- und ergebnisorientierte Vorgehensweise ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Sie besitzen ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
- Sie haben Spaß an vielfältigen Themen, handeln eigeninitiativ und eigenverantwortlich
