**Job Description Summary**

ENGLISH
- Ensure achievement of Industrial Engineering and Lean Manufacturing goals and objectives as part of the Operating System strategy in Europe
- Provide specialized support to multiple departments and production sites, facilitate workshops to drive the implementation of AAM standards
- Manage high-impact, long-term improvement initiatives, ensuring timely project completion within budget.

**DEUTSCH**
- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams in den Produktionsstätten bei der Durchführung von Lean-Manufacturing-Aktivitäten im Rahmen des AAM-Betriebssystems zur Erreichung von Betriebszielen und KPIs
- Schulung und Coaching der Koordinatoren für schlanke Produktion in den Produktionsstätten in Bezug auf die Anwendung von Lean-Tools sowie von Industrial Engineering Tools und die Pflege von Berichten.
- Coaching des Schwerpunkts Betriebsebenen der Organisation bei der Einführung und langfristigen Nutzung des AAM-Betriebssystems
- Moderation von Workshops zur Verbesserung der Betriebs-/Funktionsbereichsaktivitäten, zur Beseitigung von Verschwendung, zur Steigerung von Effizienz/Produktivität/Qualität sowie Brainstorming-Sitzungen für Kostensenkungsinitiativen unter Berücksichtigung aller Einsparungen im Produktivitätssystem (CIP APEX).
- Bewertung der Gesamtanlageneffektivität (OEE) zur Überwachung und Verbesserung der Produktivität und Effektivität der Produktionsanlagen.
- Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung der Arbeitsauslastung durch die Methodik der standardisierten Arbeit sowie der Arbeitsabläufe und Prozesse, Empfehlung von Änderungen bei Material, Arbeitsplätzen, Ausrüstung und Layout sowie Unterstützung bei der Einführung automatisierter Prozesse.
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung von „O^4 und Model Plants“ entsprechend den Anforderungen des Werks und der Region, einschließlich Coaching und Training für die Tool-Anforderungen.
- Unterstützung der Werke bei der Erstellung von Berichten und Leistungen des Industrial Engineering sowie bei der Analyse von Produktionskapazitäten und Arbeitsmodellen, um die Optimierung und Einhaltung von Budgets zu unterstützen.
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Budgets und ABC-Kosten und Nutzung von Datenanalysen zur Entscheidungsfindung und Verfolgung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.

**ENGLISH**
- Working with various teams in production facilities conducting Lean Manufacturing activities within the AAM Operating System framework to achieve operating goals and KPIs
- Training and coaching Lean Manufacturing Coordinators based in the production facilities on the deployment of Lean tools, as well Industrial Engineering tools and reports maintenance.
- Coaching focus Operations levels of the organization in the implementation and long-term use of the AAM Operating System
- Facilitate workshops aimed at improving operations / function area activities, eliminating waste, increasing efficiency/productivity/quality, and brainstorming sessions for costs reduction initiatives reflecting all savings in Productivity System (CIP APEX).
- Evaluating Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to monitor and improve the productivity and effectiveness of production facilities.
- Support improvements in labor utilization through Standardized Work methodology, as well workflow and processes related, recommend modifications in material, workstations, equipment, layout, and support the introduction of automated processes.
- Support roadmap deployment of “O^4 and Model Plants” according to the needs of plant and area implementation, including coaching and training for tool requirements.
- Support the plants in Industrial Engineering reports and deliverables, production capacity and labor models analysis as needed to help in optimization and budget attainment.
- Support with budget and ABC costs creation and use of data analyses for decision-making and tracking of improvement measures.
