As an Avanade HR Business Partner, a wide range of tasks await you. You are responsible for overseeing a department and are the contact person for employees and the Shared Service Center. Mobile working is possible, occasional office appointments are required. **Together we do what matters.**

Skills and experiences
- Several years of experience in the HR environment, ideally as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
- Service and solution-oriented approach to employees and departments
- Affinity to processes and projects
- High self-motivation, enthusiasm and ability to implement
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Enjoy working in a team

- You are a team player and enjoy working on projects together

What you'll do
- You are the contact person within the business unit for employees and managers in HR-related matters
- You work closely with HR Business Partners in the DACH region and the HR Shared Service Team in Bucharest
- You further develop and optimize HR processes and participate in regional and international HR projects
- In your day-to-day business, you create reports, analyzes and prepare payroll
