Our Corporate Communications team is looking for a:
**Student Assistant
- Corporate Communications and Events** _(M/F/x, 20h/week, to start as soon as possible)_

**You will**:

- Support the PR and event managers in organizational and administrative aspects
- Maintain our journalist and invitation database, using the CRM system Salesforce
- Document press clippings and prepare a quarterly overview and selection
- Prepare event invitations in a newsletter mailing program
- Publish press releases and news posts on the website
- Support the organization and execution of events

**You are qualified for this position, because you**:

- Are enrolled in a full-time bachelor or master program **at least for one more year**:

- Are fluent in English and have conversational German skills
- Are detailed and service-oriented
- Value a well-structured, attentive approach to time management
- Work independently
- Have experience with Adobe; experience working with a CRM or CMS a plus
