Data Solution Architect

**Your tasks**:
Join us as a **Data Solution Architect** and become part of our Data Platform Team. We are responsible for transforming raw data into a strategic core asset that drives decision-making, innovation and operational efficiency within the company.

We are looking for someone who can design a scalable, secure, and efficient data architecture, accompany its deployment and acting as a bridge between our business needs and the technical and operational teams in all matters relating to our data organisation. In other words, someone to ensure that all data within nexmart is organised, accessible and useful to all data consumers, both internal and external.
- You will work in an agile team and proactively drive the transformation of nexmart into a data excellence company.
- You will optimise the existing data architecture and provide suitable and scalable data solutions by identifying data requirements and selecting suitable technologies.
- You will lead solution design and architecture and work closely with our technology teams to meet business needs in a collaborative way.
- You will interpret and deliver impactful strategic plans to improve data integration, data quality and data delivery to support nexmart's roadmap and growth.
- You will translate business requirements into data models, guidelines and processes to ensure data quality and enforce standards and best practices across teams.

**Requirements**:

- You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Data Architect or Data Solution Architect.
- You have experience in designing and implementing modern data architectures and data models for enterprise data, as well as leading projects in data warehousing, data modelling, data integration strategies and big data platforms.
- Your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills will enable you to align technical decisions with business objectives and create scalable, efficient and secure data solutions.
- You have experience working with large data sets, data warehousing, and building and revising our **Data Tech Stack**.
- With strong communication skills and the ability to synthesise complex information, you will not only be able to communicate clearly and understandably to our management, but also ensure strong stakeholder engagement and excel in cross-functional teams.
- You enjoy staying abreast of new trends in AI and mentoring younger colleagues in your team.
- You have excellent communication skills in English. German language skills are a plus.
