About the Role:
We are looking for an Operations Controller to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany who will help improve the efficiency in key customer related tasks by providing support and coordination to Operations, Sales, Finance and Supply chain on RMAs, non-project managed deliveries, completed projects and other tasks as deemed suitable by the Operations Controller.

Key responsibilities:

- Serve as the central point of contact for customers and coordinate the RMA process by working closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure that all RMA requests are actioned, monitored, and tracked accurately.
- Troubleshooting and Basic checks of RMA units.
- Liaise between Service Delivery Managers and 2nd Line NOC Analyst for all incoming and outcoming RMAs.
- Supporting shipment of RMA units to Sweden.
- Tracking and maintaining open RMA tickets tracker.
- Monthly calls with Service Delivery managers on the status of RMA units.
- Manage project administrative responsibilities, handed from PMO, after final delivery to customers.
- Manage project administrative responsibilities for projects outside PMO remit.
- Track and report on NORAM Order Intake and allocate work to Operations / Sales support accordingly.
- Provide regular reporting to Operations on financial performance, time reporting, KPIs, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience with working in a networking and support environment in a customer facing role or related field.
- Intermediate to Advanced data analysis skills utilizing MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good time management and project management experience.
- Experience of working with financial data, with basic understanding of financial reporting.
- Strong team player with good work ethics, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload to deliver high quality results to demanding timelines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Fluent (written and spoken) in English and German. Other language-skills are a plus but not a must.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, engineering, project managers, service delivery, and network operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to adapt interpersonal styles and techniques to influence at all organizational levels.
