**TASKS WITH IMPACT**:

- This position can be filled either part-time (80%) or full-time (100%)._
- Identify process improvement opportunities proactively and in collaboration with business partners across the value chain
- Set up projects from scratch, including scoping, team allocation, budget planning and risk assessment
- Ensure efficient project execution on time, on budget, and to quality standards while focusing on pragmatic value creation
- Monitor project progress and consolidate insights into reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams, driving alignment, motivation, and clear accountability
- Build trust and engagement with stakeholders through transparent communication and enablement activities
- Conduct project retrospectives and derive lessons learned to increase efficiency of future projects
- Support management by preparing key meetings, including content creation, coordination of inputs, and timing alignment

**YOUR SKILLS**
- Completed university degree, ideally in a business-related field
- Strong command of classic and agile project management methods and tools
- Ability to structure, prioritize, and clearly communicate complex topics
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders
- Highly independent, proactive and solution-oriented work approach
- Business fluent English skills are required - German is a plus
