**Position Overview**
The Trends & Social Listening Specialist is responsible for identifying market and consumer trends, analyzing insights, and sharing them promptly and systematically with relevant internal departments. This role supports the strategic decision-making of various teams, including marketing, sales, and R&D, by leveraging insights gained from social listening, CRM data management, brand health tracking, and the use of AI-based analysis tools.

- **Location**: Bad Homburg office, Germany (Office-based)

This position requires full on-site presence.

**Scope of Work**
- Monitor market trends by creating regular trend reports and utilizing relevant tools
- Analyze trends and prepare/share insight reports
- Utilize and interpret results from research/analysis tools to support New Product Development (NPD)
- Conduct social listening on our brands, products, and competitors in key markets.
- Manage and grow 1st-party data (1PD) using CRM tools.
- Plan and execute consumer surveys based on 1PD.
- Conduct regular brand health tracking and share the findings.
- Enhance data analysis and reporting by utilizing AI tools and technologies.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in market insights, trend analysis, or CRM/data management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Hands-on experience with CRM and social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Talkwalker)
- Experience with brand health research and consumer surveys is highly preferred
- Experience with AI-based analysis tools or a strong interest and willingness to learn about AI technologies
- Fluent in English is essential

**Key Competencies**
- A proactive attitude to identify problems and find solutions through communication with colleagues
- The ability to provide actionable recommendations that go beyond simple data sharing
- Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills to clearly communicate complex data
- Strong communication skills to effectively deliver insights while collaborating with various stakeholders
- Agility and insight to read and adapt to rapidly changing market and consumer trends

**Preferred**
- Experience in the FMCG (including food) or retail industry
- Experience working in a multinational and multicultural environment
- Communication skills in Korean or German are a plus
