**About the role**

As an Interim Head of Sales, you’ll independently lead and drive a successful B2B SaaS sales team toward new ARR heights You will manage and scale a team of hungry BDRs, AEs, and a Sales Operations Manager to sustainably grow ARR for our software. Working directly with one of our founders and CROs, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting and executing our global GTM strategy. Step into a role where you can substantially impact and lead a high-performing international sales team to peak performance.

The start date is **February 2025, with the role running until September 2025 with the possibility to prolong.** The work location is Berlin, and the **OTE starts at 150k EUR** (uncapped), based on relevant experience and qualifications.

**Your responsibilities**:

- ** Budget ownership**: Own the net new sales budget and its target attainment
- ** Process development**: Continuously scale our sales team and develop and optimize best-of-breed B2B SaaS sales processes
- ** Performance management**: Set ambitious performance goals, monitor sales metrics to ensure high performance, and lead by example
- ** Team Hiring and career development**: Lead, mentor, coach, and train our sales team to hit targets and continuously evolve into a top-tier sales force
- ** Individual contribution**: Engage in high-value sales opportunities and consistently meet or exceed personal sales targets.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- 5+ years of sales experience in a successful B2B SaaS startup or scale up
- Past success with a player-coach sales model, personally managing key accounts while developing your team members
- 3+ years proven track record of successfully building, scaling, and leading a sales team
- Experience in continuously adjusting and improving sales processes
- Expertise selling to an international customer base and working in a multicultural team
- Strong coaching abilities, with a focus on developing your sales team members to over-achieve their targets
- Full business fluency in English (both written and verbal)

- Having prior experience with proven inbound demand-generation systems
- Having experience in running globally distributed teams
