GoNOSH ist ein Food Start-Up, das mit einzigartigen, 100% pflanzlichen Produkten den Essensmarkt revolutionieren will. Dabei entwickeln wir nicht die 20. Hafermilch oder den 10. veganen Burger, sondern richten uns an Menschen, die sich in erster Linie schnell, einfach, dabei aber GESUND ernähren wollen. Unser erstes Produkt ist die erste wirklich gesunde, vollwertige, 100% natürliche und sättigende Mahlzeit, die in 1 Min zubereitet und lecker wie Eiscreme ist. Wahlweise als Trinkmahlzeit oder Bowl. Als gesunde Morgen-Rotuine, vor oder nach dem Sport, an einem vollen Arbeitstag, im Elterndasein oder wann immer es sonst schnell gehen muss - mit GoNOSH gibts auch bei Zeitdruck keine Kompromisse mehr auf Kosten der Gesundheit.

Nach erfolgreichem Aufbau der Produktion und ersten Erfolgen am Markt suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt nach einer/m neuen CEO, der/die jetzt die Skalierung am Markt voranbringt. Dabei hast Du innerhalb unserer Werte viel Gestaltungsspielraum, doch kannst jederzeit auf die Unterstützung des Gründerinnenteams sowie der Investor\*innen zählen.

Aufgaben

\- Geschäftsführung von GoNOSH (Food for Change GmbH)

\- Planung Re-Launch und Skalierung

\- Fundraising und Investorenbeziehung

\- Aufbau eines Teams

\- Solide Finanzplanung, die die Liquidität absichert

Qualifikation

\- Du kannst mind. 4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Food, FMCG Bereich, Finanzbranche oder Strategieberatung vorweisen

\- Du hast einen betriebswirtschaftlichen und/oder Sales/Marketing Hintergrund

\- Idealerweise bist Du gut im Foodbereich (Food Service, Retail, Investoren) vernetzt

\- Du vereinst konzeptionelles Denken mit guten analytischen Fähigkeiten

\- Du arbeitest strukturiert und vorausplanend und kannst gleichzeitig flexibel auf spontante Veränderungen und Herausforderungen reagieren
