**Verimatrix is looking for a Director of Product Management for its Cybersecurity Business.**
Our Product Leaders are passionate about solving our customers’ problems by finding the right solutions for their needs. Product managers are the core of our company's product and business leadership, working closely with our Engineering, Marketing, Data, Sales, Business Development and Finance teams to set the strategy for our services from definition to customer adoption and scale. Our Product Managers directly manage nearly all aspects of our technology and products and their impact on our success.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Own the XTD (Extended Threat Defense) roadmap. Identify and gather requirements, define, and spec features, and work cross-functionally to bring them to market.
- Collect, analyze, evaluate, and interpret customer’s technical requirements and turns them into strategic, accurate, cost-effective, technical proposals
- Create commercial packaging of the XTD (Extend Threat Defense) product including pricing
- Work with other Product Managers, Marketing and Engineering on a day-to-day basis to prioritize and execute on product features and delivery.
- Train and support Pre-Sales and Sales in customer meetings with demos and your expert knowledge.
- Interact with customers to deeply understand their problems and requirements.
- Be a strong and loud voice of the customer
- Ensure our existing customers are overwhelmingly successful using our products and new features.
- Plan the product lifecycle.
- Support XTD goals and roadmap at tradeshows, conferences, and media events.
- Analyze competitors and market trends. Perform benchmarking to define commercial packaging, create offerings and pricing.
- Be an evangelist able to promote our message in public speaking
- Provide coaching and professional development to other team members
**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Min. 5 to 8 years’ experience in Product Management with proven success in product planning, commercial packaging, product marketing and product lifecycle
- Min. 5 to 8 years’ experience working in a Cybersecurity ecosystem
- Customer-centric mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in the English language: comfortable presenting in front of larger audiences, customers, CISOs of midmarket and large MNCs
- Comfortable translating concepts and requests between technical and non-technical audiences
- Drive to achieve the goal of XTD to become the leading product in the cybersecurity space
- Willing to work collaboratively across multi-functional and multi-cultural teams
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, MBA or similar field.
**The following would be a plus**:
- Market research experience
- Experience in developing mobile, web, SaaS products for consumers
- Experience in sales
**TRAVEL**:Able to travel up to 30% of the time
