Intership HR People Experience

**Your tasks**:
Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship - as an intern (M/F/d) you will benefit in any case from an attractive remuneration and flexible working hours. You will support the team with the following responsible tasks:

- You support projects and proactively contribute
- You support colleagues in their day-to-day business
- With your ideas and know-how, you will support the further development and implementation of our HR projects
- You will work closely with the Squad Lead and provide appropriate support for all tasks that arise
- Together with the team, you ensure that projects are implemented on time, on budget and in quality
- You actively support administrative and research activities as well as appointment management, create analyses and presentations

**Your Profile**:
You have completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology and are currently studying at a university with the aim of obtaining a master's degree.

In addition, you ideally have knowledge or skills concerning:

- You are confident in MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel and Power Point)
- You are characterized in particular by your analytical thinking skills, a high level of initiative and strong communication skills
- The HR environment is very dynamic: therefore, you should enjoy a diverse range of tasks, enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics and have a high degree of initiative
- You have a structured way of working as well as a feel for clear communication with very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You demonstrate a keen willingness to learn daily
- An open-minded approach to feedback to enable your personal growth
