Internship (M/F/d) - Sustainability Management

**Your mission**
- You will work on strategic sustainability projects in various areas of the corporate sustainability team, gaining a broad experience in the area of sustainable finance topics including regulatory and reporting
- Your tasks will include the execution of research & analysis, project management, creating (senior management) presentations & communication materials, etc.
- You will support in the development of sustainability strategies and their implementation
- Your tasks include the planning, preparation and support on internal trainings relating to Sustainability (CSR, Sustainable Finance, etc.)
- You will support us integrating sustainability into our business processes in order to meet our stakeholder’s expectations
- You will work on the implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and continually identify opportunities for improvement

**Your profile**
- Already gained relevant work experience in the financial industry and/or in Sustainable Finance Topics (preferable)
- Interest in sustainability challenges, climate change legislation, sustainable finance and regulatory requirements at European level
- Ability to conduct research tasks, analyse and summarize data
- Ability to produce structured, concise, and meaningful reports
- Ability to manage multiple on-going assignments simultaneously
- Exhibit the following working-style characteristics: analytical, structured, highly self-motivated, innovative, communicative, reliable, proactive and enjoy working in a team
- A genuine interest in working for an alternative asset management company on a mission to accelerate the further development to a sustainable future
- Fluent in German and English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Programs
