Beds24 has provided software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for the accommodation industry since 2006. Our customers are hotels, B&Bs, holiday rentals or rental agencies in over 120 countries worldwide who use our product to receive online bookings and manage their business.

Beds24 has continuously launched innovations and many of those have become industry standard by now.

The team has been working remotely since our founding in 2006. Our office is in Berlin, but everyone at Beds24 is free to live and work remotely from wherever they want.

**Commercial Director**:
We are looking for a Commercial Director to add value to our growth activities by identifying new business opportunities and managing marketing activities to drive and expand the company's business and contribute to sustainable growth.

**Tasks**:

- Develop and implement business strategies in line with company objectives to accelerate growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans for business opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.)
- Understanding the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are met
- Manage and build a strong sales and marketing team
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
- Monitor business performance against key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
- Support in setting financial targets, budget development and monitoring

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Commercial Director or other relevant roles
- Demonstrable experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key customers
- Commercial awareness combined with a strategic mindset
- Solid understanding of market research methods and analysis
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial and budget processes
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English language is essential, German language skills are a bonus
