Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry.
- Support sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, contract management, and invoice generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, marketing, and customer support to streamline processes and resolve issues.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, including territory planning and quota setting.
- Train and onboard new sales team members on tools, processes, and systems.
- Support sales enablement initiatives by creating sales collateral, training materials, and documentation.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve overall sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Pre-Requisites:

- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
