**Ihr Beitrag**:

- Leitet Team von 5-7 Mitarbeitern
- Berichtet an den Head of LCM
- Disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter
- Ressourcenplanung innerhalb des Teams und Ausbau des Teams
- Förderung und Forderung, sowie Weiterbildung der Mitarbeiter
- Fördern von Selbstständigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und Entscheidungsfähigkeit der Mitarbeiter
- Mitarbeit an der teamübergreifenden Ressourcenplanung mit Head und anderen Teamleitern
- Einarbeitung in die geltenden Prozesse und Arbeitsanweisungen - später dann Schulung derselben.

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master/staatl. Gepr. Techniker) im Bereich Medizintechnik, Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Gutes Konfliktmanagement, Einfühlungsvermögen, Teamorientierung, Führungsaffinität Kontaktfähigkeit, Entscheidungsfreudigkeit, Fähigkeit zu motivieren
- Freude an Organisationsthemen
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- Konversationssiches Englisch
