We are seeking a motivated Working Student in Marketing & Creatives to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in a rapidly evolving environment. As a Working Student, you will assist in developing marketing strategies, create engaging content, and support our creative team in various projects. You will play a crucial role in communicating our vision and goals to potential clients and partners. This position offers the chance to learn about the intersection of technology and marketing while contributing to a mission-driven organisation that aims to transform the way businesses manage their resources. If you are passionate about marketing, creativity, and the power of technology, we would love to have you on board to help us tell our story and amplify our brand presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the founders to refine the brand voice, messaging, and storytelling
- Research thoroughly and translate findings into knowledge, delivering direct value to the reader, not clickbait
- Help build demand and awareness with content that speaks to people, not just algorithms
- Write, design, and produce posts, videos, slides, and visuals in German and English
- Experiment with formats across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta, using your creativity and strategic eye
- Manage and update the company’s digital presence, including social media and website content

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A creative mindset with a passion for marketing, storytelling, psychology and media
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and the use of AI, such as Canva, Adobe, and GPT
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing techniques and social media platforms
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Marketing, Communications, or related field)
