Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig Wir suchen Dich ab sofort als Working Student in unserem Field Marketing Team in Köln. Du unterstützt uns bis Dezember 2025 bei der strategischen sowie operativen Umsetzung ausgewählter Maßnahmen und Projekte in der Region West-Deutschland. Dabei kannst Du Dich bei administrativen Aufgaben sowie bei der Realisierung diverser Projekte maßgeblich beteiligen. Zudem setzen wir auf Deine innovativen und einzigartigen Ideen bei der Aktivierung dieser Projekte.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**Entwicklung von kreativen Aktivierungskonzepten**
- Mit Deinem Input für unsere Events triffst Du unsere KonsumentInnen direkt ins Herz und bringst ihnen dadurch unsere Projekte näher. Neben der Mitarbeit an Aktivierungskonzepten, wirst Du diese auch durch Koordination unserer studentischen MitarbeiterInnen umsetzen.

**Event Support**
- Vom Startschuss bis zur Zielgeraden bist Du ein wichtiger Teil unserer Red Bull Events.
- Neben Assistenzaufgaben bei unseren großen Events, wirst Du auch eigenverantwortlich Projekte umsetzen. Hierbei lernst Du alle Seiten eines Events kennen und dokumentierst diese für unser Reporting.

**Administration**
- In der täglichen Arbeit unterstützt Du das Team bei der administrativen und organisatorischen Arbeit im Student Marketeer Programm. Neben Recherchearbeiten bist Du hier zudem AnsprechpartnerIn für die Organisation von Meetings und Workshops sowie Teamabfragen.

**Qualifikationen**:

- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Du arbeitest mit Liebe zum Detail und besitzt sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Du besitzt Kommunikationsgeschick, Kontaktfreude und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- Du bist kreativ, proaktiv und unkonventionelle Lösungswege reizen Dich
- Du bist ein/e Teamplayer/in, lachst auch gerne mal über Dich selbst und bringst dich mit viel Leidenschaft, Humor und der nötigen Gelassenheit schnell in ein Team ein
- Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student/in im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung
- Du weißt aus eigener Erfahrung, dass Red Bull beim Arbeiten, Autofahren, Lernen, Feiern und nicht zuletzt beim Sport Flügel verleiht
