**About Us**: Mitte is on a mission to provide healthy hydration for everybody. Having created the world's first smart water system inspired by the natural water cycle, we are driven to reinvent how water is consumed globally. Our solution allows users to create personalized mineralized water at home, giving them control over their drinking water while minimizing plastic wastage. We have just launched our first product, the "Mitte Home", and we are determined to tap into the potential of our drinking water and improve lives with healthy hydration. Our process works in two simple steps. First, we purify water with proprietary technology. After purification, water is mineralized through a unique, patent-pending mineralization process. Mitte was initiated at the beginning of 2016 in Berlin. Our international team consists of close to 100 members from over twenty countries across six continents and is backed by experienced global investors who share our sustainable vision and Manifesto. We are an entrepreneurial group excited about using engineering and design to bring innovative and sustainable products to the market. **The Role**: It's an exciting time to join Mitte We are backed by a number of Tier 1 investors and launched our Mitte Home product in 2021. While we are launching new products and expanding internationally, we are looking for an analytical, self-driven and proactive **Entrepreneur in Residence** to join our existing team close to 100 Mittonians. This is an incomparable full-time opportunity: you'll be learning how to build a business from scratch, how to solve any problem and overcome obstacles to reach the goals set. As our Entrepreneur in Residence you will report directly to our CEO Moritz Waldstein. Here are a number of examples what you might be involved in: - Support in fundraising efforts and evaluate different opportunities and funding options - Identify, define and support in rolling out new business opportunities and strategic projects both internally and with external partners, e.g, helping to secure strategic partnerships helping Mitte in its scaling phase - Pricing / Business Model Analysis: Run different growth scenarios based on the input assumptions you will be given from the finance team - Develop competitive analysis and monitor latest innovations in the market - Define and drive cost benefits analysis, e.g, calculating a cost-down exercise on our consumables - Creating decision briefs for C-Level members on key decisions, such as entering into partnerships with key suppliers - Represent Mitte to the outside world throughout events, start-up festivals and competitions **Responsibilities**: - You will work on high priority projects to ensure we achieve our goals - This role comes with great autonomy, allowing you to collaborate with different teams in Mitte to identify problems, carry out analysis, design solutions/plans and execute them - You will work on multiple projects in parallel, that will require you to be adaptable across multiple functions **Your Profile**: - You're a logical thinker that breaks down complex problems into smaller ones and enjoys working with data to back up your opinions - You have 2-4 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, e.g. start-up/VC environment and / or strategy consulting - You're a strong communicator with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders in a mature and convincing manner - You enjoy building and presenting convincing business cases that make it easy for you to find individuals and teams to help you execute - You are detail-oriented, a creative thinker and have proven problem-solving skills - You speak fluent English, German is not a must but a big plus **Why Mitte**: We will give you full responsibility from day one and you will work directly with the founders.
