**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
Our partnership with fashion brands is deeply rooted in our DNA and one of Zalando's success factors. As an Assistant to the Team Fashion, you will directly support our directors and the team with administration and organizational tasks.

**WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)**:

- You support our Fashion Proposition Leadership Team with all administration and organisational tasks (e.g. calendar management, travel bookings, expense management,team event planning).
- You are the central point of contact for our team and are always up to date on processes and company initiatives
- Take on tasks with a problem-solving mindset, researching solutions and proactively resolving issues
- You'll play an active role in building a great community by facilitating relationship building within and among our teams (e.g. through organizing events)

**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:

- Successfully completed your education/apprenticeship and gained 3+ years of experience in a similar position. You bring strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and preferably also in German, as well as confidence to communicate with and convince multiple stakeholders and senior management.
- Experience in organizing Events (team events & larger events with up to 200+ participants)
- Proactive and positive attitude. You have a flexible mindset and willingness to shape ideas and an eye for details. You're able to take initiative, understand deadlines and carry multiple tasks at the same time
- Working knowledge in Excel, Google Calendar, Google Mail & Google Business Apps such as Docs, Sheets, Slides and Hangouts
