Chief of Staff to The CEO

Reporting to the CEO, the Chief of Staff will be responsible for ensuring that business needs and priorities are met within internal teams and with external stakeholders. The Chief of Staff will work closely with executive team to help execute strategic initiatives as directed by the CEO. While the day-to-day of the role will remain fluid by its nature, the overall purpose of the job is to find efficiencies, reduce complexities, and serve as a proxy, allowing the CEO to accomplish more in their role.

Tasks
- Attend internal and external meetings with and/or in place of the CEO
- Work with internal teams to deliver on business and operational priorities, reducing the need for follow up by the CEO
- Create presentations for CEO meetings
- Maintain list of external and internal priorities, closely tracking follow ups and working with CEO’s Executive Assistant on scheduling
- Manage all Executive Team business leads via CRM tool
- Assist in the organization of board meetings and other key internal meetings, including reporting outcomes and tracking follow ups
- Assess inquiries directed to the CEO, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage
- Develop project plans and engage relevant team members to execute key priorities
- Facilitate financial and/or project reporting as required
- Travel as often as required to support CEO, team, and client needs

**Requirements**:
Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Detail oriented, and extremely organized
- Strong managerial and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and take initiative on next steps
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of business experience
- Fluent in German and English
