As a Technical Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding our engineering team to create scalable and resilient software. Your leadership will foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation, ensuring that our products thrive in a dynamic environment.

**What You Need**:

- Proficiency in.NET Core and MS SQL.
- Technical knowledge of event-based microservice architecture.
- Hands-on experience with high-throughput, scalable systems.
- Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Azure Service Bus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Fluent in English.

**Plus Points**:

- Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Couchbase.
- Familiarity with the CQRS Pattern and Domain Driven Design.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in monitoring and APMs.
