Diese Rolle hat einen wichtigen Anteil daran, dass die Finanzbuchhaltungsfunktion wesentlich zum Geschäftsbetrieb beitragen kann.Key outcomes of the role
- Bearbeitung von Tagespauschalen, Belegen und Reisekostenabrechnungen- Selbstsandiges Forderungsmanagement inkl. Mahnwesen- Selbständige Rechnungsstellung und Rechnungsabgrenzung- Erstellung und Versand von Rechnungen an Kunden und Auftraggeber- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats - und Jahresabschlüssen (Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Kreditkartenabrechnung, Kontenabstimmung, etc.)- Controlling-Analysen und Auswertungen- Preiskalkulationen für neue und bestehende Produkte- Bearbeitung von Rechnungsanfragen von Kunden in deutscher und englischer Sprache- Weitere allgemeine administrative Aufgaben- Bereitschaft zur Anwesenheit im Buro in St Ingbert alle 2 WochenAbout you
- Billigangestellte sollten über folgende Kompetenzen verfügen:
- Genauigkeit, Geduld und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Hohe Affinität mit dem Umgang mit Zahlen
- Kenntnisse über die Erstellung betriebswirtschaftlicher Auswertungen
- Sicherer und professioneller Umgang mit den Kunden
- Detailgenauigkeit und ausgezeichnete Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Hohes Maß an Motivation und Leistungsbereitschaft
- Fähigkeit kreative Lösungen zu finden
- Fließend in Deutsch
- Bisherige Erfahrung in vergleichbaren Rollen
