Specialist for energy management (f/m/d) Ref. 10164710 **your responsibilities**: **The jobholder (f/m/d) is responsible for the following tasks**: - Define Strategy and policy for Energy management & Supply, Propose and coordinate Energy saving FlagShip projects (transnat) - Anticipates and shape International/National regulation, Benchmark Investigate and experiment new technologies and best practices for Energy - Evaluate new regulation impacting Energy Manage Energy Supply Delivery Point, - Manage Energy sold to public grid and tenants - Collect data, ensure accuracy and availability of energy data - Report energy and CO2 for authorities : ETS-CCL-CRC - Analyze data, identify the drivers, build consumption profile, Monitor, forecast and report budget, savings and roadmap - Define Energy target and technologies for new building construction project - Define Energy Generation Asset operation Strategy - Realize and maintain Energy Generation Site Master Plan - Investigate energy savings opportunities - Define and implement Energy saving action plan - Manage site energy saving projects - Define Preventive and corrective maintenance to save energy, manage EPC, contribute to SLA **personal requirements**: - Team player with excellent communication skills - Service and customer orientated person with high sense of responsibility - High level of assertiveness - Willingness to travel on business occasionally - Willingness to be on call is assumed **professional training/studies**: - Plant mechanic - plumbing, heating and air conditioning at least vocational training with long Experience or - Comparable qualification at least professional training with long-term Experience - Engineering at least Bachelor's degree or - Environmental technology at least a bachelor's degree or - Supply engineering at least a bachelor's degree **work experience**: - Professional experience of at least 3 years - Solid expertise in the area technical building equipment and maintenance (heating, ventilation, cooling, plumbing, compressed air, electric) **languages**: - Business fluent German - Business fluent English **IT**: - Good knowledge of CAFM systems, e.g. SAP PM (updating of equipment, maintenance of maintenance and inspection plans, notifications/requisitions/orders) **further qualifications**: - Practical experience in dealing with building control technology, evaluation and reading of "images", derivation of Troubleshooting and Improvements (e.g. Siemens Desigio as well as Kieback and Peter Neutrino) **our offer**: - Conditions according to Equal Pay (IG-Metall Tariff) - Flexible working hours through a personal flextime account - Continuous personal support from your contact person - employer-funded pension - Bonus payments by employees recruit employees Are you interested in our company and the benefits we offer?
