**Job Description**:

- You are responsible for the professional and timely execution of inspection orders for minerals.
- Your duties will include the independent collection of samples, their proper labeling as well as their packaging and sealing.
- You are responsible for the proper storage, transport or shipment of various samples.
- You will assess the quantity and quality of minerals (ores, coal, fertilizers, etc.).
- You will prepare necessary inspection documents and be responsible for the care and maintenance of testing and work equipment.
- You will assist the supervisor in scheduling inspection assignments.
- You will supervise loading and unloading operations of inland and ocean-going vessels and containers.

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally, you have completed training as a port logistics specialist or maritime cargo inspector.
- You preferably have experience in inland or maritime shipping.
- Ideally, you are qualified to work as a sworn calibration inspector.
- You enjoy dealing with customers.
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
- You maintain an overview, work independently and absolutely reliably and are highly responsible.
- You enjoy working in the field and are flexible in the face of constantly changing operating times.
