**Change and Engagement Lead**
**What **to expect**:
- Manage the Communications agenda for Global IT
- Act as a focal point for design, approval, and publishing of all Global IT communications
- Develop and support exemplary Leadership Development within Global IT (in collaboration with HR and IT Leadership Team)
- Foster energetic Employee Engagement across the Global IT workforce: deliver employee engagement initiatives which help to embed Global IT’s Vision Statement and core principles
- Direct and guide robust Performance Management and Development processes for our Global IT workforce
- Drive Employee Enablement initiatives across Global IT (Knowledge Management, Training and Development)
- Champion Organization Adaptability and Ability to Change
- Refresh the skills and competencies framework on a regular basis
- Manage set of standard Job Descriptions for Global IT roles and succession planning
- Drive Talent Management and Recruitment process for Global IT
- Oversee the development, evolution and rollout of a Digital Learning curriculum across Global IT that enables IT colleagues to build their knowledge and awareness of new digital technologies
- Lead, develop, and appraise team members so that their individual and collective performance is of the expected standard, and meets the current and future needs of the business
**Personal Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of IT
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a lead role within a communication engagement and change function (or equivalent) in an international commercial organization
- Proven experience in conducting, managing, and leading communications, change communications, employee engagement/employee experience, and change management
- Experience in change management providing tactical execution of change strategies and communications plans following a structured change management methodology
- A track record in effectively minimizing threats to corporate reputation and maximizing brand effectiveness
- Experience with coaching or instructing with a variety of audiences, especially executives, on communications skills
- Experience in successfully managing teams and Executive stakeholders in multiple geographies
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing staff, including work reviews, performance reviews and day-to-day coaching
- Experience in the Medical industry
