Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung **Zu Ihren zukünftigen Aufgaben gehören**: - Lead and deploy logistics and warehouse operational engineering projects - Transformation of the local Warehouse Management System towards a common harmonized Airbus Warehouse Management System, incl. the In - and Outbound processes - Contribute to productivity improvements to increase the competitiveness of Airbus with main focus on a highly efficient logistics chain from supplier to the "Point of Delivery" at the assembly station - Definition, development and establishment of new logistics standards and concepts with strong focus on the warehouse management - Secure a transparent, "one-touch" and simple logistics operations in Germany with relevant connections to the Supply chain central Teams across Europe - Significant contribution to the rate readiness of the logistic flows and warehousing activities - Functional lead of cross-functional project team Delivery of projects in line with targets on time, scope, costs and quality and customer satisfaction - Coordination and self-dependent responsibility for the mission rate readiness with focus on the major warehouses and Warehouse flows and processes - Achieve Project Targets (time, scope, costs and quality) to satisfy customers - Definition, establishment and empowerment of the project team and organizations - Define and run the mission for the Logistics rate readiness scope from Supplier to the Point of delivery at the production line **Wir wünschen uns**: - Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain / Logistics oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation - Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Supply Chain / Logistics - Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement - Sehr gute Durchsetzungs - und Entscheidungsfähigkeit - Gutes strategisches Denkvermögen sowie Planungs - und Organisationsgeschick - Selbstständiges, strukturiertes und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten, um Ziele termingerecht zu erreichen und Arbeitsabläufe effizient zu koordinieren - Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um mit Ansprechpartnern aller Ebenen zusammenzuarbeiten - Verhandlungssichere Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse; Tools: SAP / LE-WM, Google Workspace Art der Stelle: Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, Festanstellung, Vollzeit Arbeitszeiten: - Montag bis Freitag Leistungen: - Betriebliche Altersvorsorge - Betriebliche Weiterbildung - Betriebsarzt - Flexible Arbeitszeiten - Gleitzeit - Kostenloser Parkplatz Sonderzahlungen: - Provision - Überstundenzuschläge - Urlaubsgeld - Weihnachtsgeld - Zusatzzahlungen Arbeitsort: Ein Arbeitsort
