You are able to bring design solutions to life that adhere to marketing strategies and business goals? You feel comfortable making decisions, managing junior designers, have an eye for detail as well as be able to see what's happening at all levels of production from start to finish? Then you could be just the right support for our creative team as a Senior Visual Designer (f/m/d). **Your Tasks**: - You develop detailed, in-person concept designs, and collaborate with marketing, programming, and senior leadership to develop designs in line with brand standards - You maintain up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and technologies - You provide creative input on project conceptualization, development, and implementation - You work closely with key clients, vendors, and freelancers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget - You review, edit, and approve final artwork for print, web, and video. **Your Profile**: - You have a Bachelor's degree in graphic design or graphic design-related field - You have 5+ years experience in graphic design - You have a strong portfolio demonstrating the capability of producing high-quality design work - You have excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach - You have the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment We value diversity at Spread Group.
