About the Role

As the Assistant Visual Merchandising Design Manager, you will be responsible for delivering creative and high-quality visual merchandising solutions that reflect CHANEL's brand image across the region. You will support the development and execution of visual strategies, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence in every campaign and retail environment.

What You Will Bring
  • A degree in Interior Design, Industrial/Product Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Multimedia.
  • At least 8 years of experience in visual merchandising, graphic or event design, ideally within the cosmetics or luxury industry.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, Illustrator, and Photoshop; knowledge of 3D Studio Max, InDesign, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • A dynamic, creative, and self-motivated mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Fluency in English and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
