We are now looking for a

**Project Management Mini Project / Customer Delivery (M/F/d)**

to join our team working for a better future.

The preferred location for the position is in Hamburg, Germany.

**What you will be doing**

Mainly the independent handling of mini projects and logístical support of project management in projects.

**As Project Management Mini Project / Customer Delivery your work will focus on these responsibilities**:

- Project-specific material planning for stock material and purchased parts
- Cost control of the project
- Creation of delivery instructions
- Ensuring invoicing
- Handling of assigned projects
- Project-specific material planning for stock material and purchased parts
- Preparation, commissioning of work packages (such as design, engineering, production, development, training)
- Preparation, commissioning, and supervision of commissioning
- Returns processing

**Project logistic support for Asia and Norway**:

- Project-specific material planning based on PM project BoM
- Creation of delivery instructions
- Ensuring invoicing
- L/C project handling

**To be successful in this role we expect you to have**:

- Completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Business administrator/technician
- 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Good knowledge of English language (both written & spoken)
- Project management skills
- System knowledge
