Paintgun is on a mission to revolutionize how digital ads are produced by creators and teams, launched by technology, and accessed by the world's largest mobile app publishers.

We are looking for an experienced video producer to lead TikTok ads production. Together with the Creative Lead, who will be responsible for developing the concepts, the copywriter and the designers, our goal is to produce winning ads for our clients, taking into account the creative and trend components.

Tasks
- Turn social media ad concepts into video ads through a well thought out and planned production
- Prepare the shot list as well as the requirements and resources necessary for the full production
- Provide scripts sketches and input to the copywriter
- Map out the storyboard by working closely with the graphic designer
- Provide feedback to the team throughout the whole production process and make sure it is being executed properly
- Keep close communication with the content creators and guarantee they follow the scripts and the directives
- Post-produce all ads before delivering to the client

**Requirements**:

- You’re killing it on TikTok
- Must be an Adobe Suite expert (primarily in Premiere Pro)
- Experience working in Figma
- Must have experience and proven track record working with paid social ads
- Based in Berlin and can work from our Neukölln office
- demonstrable understanding of the market trends
- A solution-driven personality, proactive in being able to influence creative decision-making to better drive our KPIs and social metrics
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn; a self-starting attitude and enthusiasm are a must
