**We are looking for: Tech Support (M/F/d) in Leipzig**:

**Your Profile**:

- You have a strong affinity to technical structures and a very good understanding for all things technical.
- Projects play a big role in our team and we welcome pro-activeness and the willingness to take over one’s own project.
- If you are open-minded and curious to learn new things in a fast changing environment then you will fit right in.
- Your friends are impressed by your dedication and responsibility.
- It doesn’t always have to be the bachelor’s degree but then you will need comparable work experience.
- Very good skills in office programs/Excel is a plus.
- Experience in the hotel or tourism industry is helpful.

**Your future tasks**:

- Technical setup of Online Marketing Campaigns
- Implementation of tracking codes via Google Tag Manager
- External communication with hotels, technical partners, Online Marketing Agencies and Meta Platforms (Trivago, TripAdvisor, Google etc.)
- Processing incoming orders
- Technical Quality Assurance
- General Technical Support
- Analysis and optimization of internal & external processes
