Your role As a project leader you will advise reputable international private equity investors in commercial due diligence (buy - and sell-side), strategy (value creation, target screening, equity story design & exit planning) and portfolio optimization. You will manage your team(s) - together you will work on deals and transactions across a variety of sectors and with an international reference. As part of your role, you will act as a primary client counterpart and will take over a core role within pitches. You drive the acquisition of new customers and advance your own projects. You will play a key role in our company's internal development. As an experienced professional, you are a role model and promote the personal and professional development of our young colleagues with your advice, actions and the right career tips. **Profile**: You have many years of professional experience (7 years +) in the consulting environment and/or a relevant track record of >100 successful due diligence projects, ideally with a focus on commercial due diligence, transaction advisory or private equity. You are an experienced project leader. You possess social competence and leadership skills. You have a relevant network and know how to make use of it. Your thinking is strategic, entrepreneurial and hands-on. You contribute outstanding analytical skills and creativity when it comes to problem solving. You are fluent in German and English.
