With its leading delivery platform to ship parcels, Seven Senders makes international shipping a simple matter. Established in 2015, we have 300+ employees and delivered 100m+ parcels thus far.

As a Client Integration Team Lead you will manage an integration team of 4+ project managers here in Berlin. You will support new and existing clients on a wide range of technical and operational integration projects.

**The essence of your role**:

- Build, manage and develop a team of project managers
- Connect our clients to the Seven Senders Delivery Platform
- Monitor multiple client onboardings at the same time - driving projects from kick-off until they go live
- Reduce the onboarding time for our customers
- Manage internal and external stakeholder
- Support during client-side software configuration
- Consult on operational processes in our client warehouse for package expedition

**This is what you need to succeed**:

- Ideally, you already have Team Lead experience
- Proven experience in Project Management
- Proactive, structured, results-driven work style with great communication skills
- Pronounced IT affinity
- Experience with client or partner integration (ideally in the logistics, supply chain, E-commerce or SaaS industry)
- Fluent in German and English language skills (at least C1 Level)
