We are looking for someone who wants to lift with us Global Learning & Development in our organization to the next level, by working with us on a holistic Talent Management and learning strategy. Therefore, we are looking for a colleague with a strategic mindset, able to communicate, discuss and present up to top management level. You are the perfect fit if you can handle the stretch between on the one hand serving our business strategy with every measure and project we roll out and on the other hand supporting our people to develop and thrive within this volatile context.
- Support the development of the holistic learning strategy
- Help design, develop and execute career development paths in the NORDEX Group
- Shape and continuously improve Talent Management with global standards, processes and tools
- design and execution of talent, leadership and employee development programs
- Guidance and consultancy regarding L&D for our P&C colleagues in the regions and functions
- Ensure alignment of global and regional execution of leadership and employee training programs

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Degree in psychology, business administration or similar
- Several years of professional experience in HR, Talent Management or Learning & Development
- specialist knowledge and experience in the development of concepts for learning & development as well as talent management
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
- Experience in Change Management in a complex, multicultural environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Ability to embrace diversity and foster an inclusive workplace
