**KWS Berlin GmbH** is a dynamic and internationally oriented subsidiary of a German group with a long tradition and family ownership structure, and we are looking for a committed **Key User Controlling (M/F/d) **to join our Controlling team. If you enjoy supporting and developing the controlling function from a process and technical perspective in a dynamic and international company, we look forward to getting to know you soon. The position is **permanent **and **full-time**.**Your Responsibilites**:

- Translates functional business requirements into technical system requirements (change requests)
- Monitors and supports development, testing, and implementation of change requests
- Reviews, assesses, and releases documentation of functional system tests (UAT) for upgrades and enhancements
- Documentation of business processes and process changes
- Supports the definition, implementation, and enhancement of roles and authorizations of related systems
- Performs an expert role within the team for a core process and/or system
- Initiates and develops improvement processes and automation solutions and contributes to their implementation

**Your Profile**:

- University degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
- Professional experience in business operations
- Several years of professional user experience and advanced knowledge in SAP and additional functional IT systems (**S4**, xflow, etc.)
- Professional experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) organization is highly beneficial
- Fluent in English; German language is beneficial
- Results orientation, initiative and willingness to change
- Assertiveness, hands-on mentality and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong analytical, conceptional, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and intercultural sensitivity
- Digital mindset with strong focus on end-to-end business processes
