**About the Role**

As a Strategic Account Director (f/m/d) you will act as a trusted advisor with an executive presence and an ability to engage with DACH customers in the banking industry at C-Suite and increase the bottom line.

We are looking for someone who can:

- Strategically identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value with our portfolio.
- Understand customer business drivers and how to establish buy-in at all levels.
- Comprehend the intricate interdependencies within the customer organization to guide the appropriate engagement approach.

Together with our team of business specialists, you will drive the co-creation of new products and solutions for our clients

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of work experience providing solutions to banks in helping them achieve their strategic and transformational initiatives.
- Several years of selling responsibility with a balance between product & service offerings.
- Extensive network with C-suites within Banks in the DACH Region.
- Consultative selling approach paired with hands-on project experience.
- Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong Business Acumen paired with Solution Selling skills.
- Ability to articulate ROI.
- Business fluent German and English.
