**Your Job**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with ib vogt's values and goals, focusing on stakeholder expectations and sustainable development initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to principles outlined by the UN Global Compact and monitor compliance with sustainability standards, reporting progress on CSR goals and targets.
- Assessing and analysing ib vogt's current corporate social impact, identifying areas for improvement, and developing metrics to measure effectiveness.
- Plan, implement and manage social impact programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social impact programs, track key metrics, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate ib vogt's CSR activities and achievements to internal and external stakeholders through various channels, fostering transparency and engagement.
- Stay updated on CSR trends and developments, participating in industry forums and events to share best practices and drive continuous improvement in CSR practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, facilitating open dialogues and partnerships to enhance social impact and stakeholder engagement.
**Your profile**:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field, with a master's degree preferred.
- Demonstrate proven experience in implementing and managing CSR initiatives, preferably in the renewable energy or engineering sector.
- Possess strong knowledge of sustainability principles, frameworks, and best practices, with experience in sustainability reporting.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate social impact programs effectively.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with analytical abilities to identify key issues and measure the impact of CSR initiatives.
- Proficiency in using CSR reporting and tracking tools, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Embrace a strong commitment to ethical behaviour, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship.
