**In this role you will**:

- Lead & develop a team taking care of the store operations while assisting with tasks as necessary
- Assist the Store Manager and make sure that processes are implemented correctly
- Be responsible for strategic demand planning & inventory accuracy of your store
- Be responsible for incoming shipments & communication within your team
- Ensure optimal product quality and high customer satisfaction
- Work together with our procurement department and rider managers
- Manage riders and associates in your Store, being able to maintain clear communication and delegating tasks when necessary.
- To have a thorough knowledge of the different operation processes and their platforms, as well as to be always up to date with new implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse KPIs (cost, quality, delivery, people) and focus on improving them within shifts.
