In your role as (Junior) Expert Customer Portal and Opportunity Management (M/F/d) you will be responsible for the development and implementation of mission critical global projects.

**Your tasks**
- Drive the development and implementation of a global customer portal with focus on electronic orders and their automatic processing within the existing system landscape (e.g. SAP)
- Drive the development of an Opportunity / Configure Price Quote module within the CRM to support the field sales force in the creation of opportunities and quotes
- The projects include
- Identification and evaluation of new requirements (from customers but also from the sales organization) including their regular re-prioritization
- Planning and execution of development sprints including scheduling together with the responsible (external) development teams
- Ensuring the quality of the development results
- Ensuring the operational readiness of the system with regular coordination with all relevant stakeholders
- Scaling the solution within the Fresenius Medical Care country organizations including the preparation and execution of rollouts
- Identifying and evaluating country-specific requirements
- Definition and evaluation of KPIs for system assessment (acceptance, savings, etc.)

**Your qualification**
- Successful vocational training or university degree in the fields of business informatics, economics, business administration, engineering, computer science or a related discipline
- Initial experience with global (IT) project work in interdisciplinary teams / also acquired through internships or working student activities
- Good and solid basic economic understanding, experience in the area of quotation or ordering processes and/or in the healthcare sector is an advantage
- Quick thinking and willingness to take responsibility in an agile, dynamic and global working environment and to proactively drive topics or identify solutions
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, other languages (especially Italian, Spanish, French, German) are an advantage
