Digitalization Expert

**Your tasks**:
As a Digitalization Expert, you advise the business incl. Management for automatable process designs and are multipliers and professional contacts for topics related to digitization to ensure know-how transfer and digital progress.

The Digital & Product Team at Deutsche Telekom, is delivering outstanding centrally produced products, platforms & capabilities across 10 countries in Europe. We are responsible for an ever increasing portfolio. At the moment we are building: the customer service app, our eCommerce shops, the central TV product, a new generation of broadband routers and the digitization of customer journeys.

You will focus on providing the central product teams and diverse commercial and other teams from our countries with the required data and analytics tooling, use cases and insights to enable their decision making in terms of product development, performance and, ultimately, commercial success through outstanding customer experience.

The requirements from stakeholders fall in the following categories that the product owner has to fulfill together with business analysts and data engineers within the Digital Labs team in India. Data Management and Tagging: Identify and create user stories for the needs of analytics information to be captured by platforms. Proceed with the collection of all data from these tags, including tests and standardization. Reports: Enable measurement of KPIs and test results to maximize the impact of actions and enable the reporting platform and integrate it into the stream of data from different sources to enable KPIs for different initiatives (OneApp, TV, CPE and FtR). Ad-hoc analyses: Support in the introduction of important product functions/marketing campaigns through relevant analyses. Empower product/marketing teams with critical insights/analytics to drive improvement. Daily tracking of key KPIs and escalation of anomalies to relevant stakeholders. Alerts: Enable measurement by ensuring unexpected movements are identified, evaluated and evaluated in KPIs
- You shape the digital strategy from the strategic conception to the operational implementation and set it incl. Quality assurance/ monitoring of the rollout around
- You carry out market and technology research as well as competitive analyses and quantitative/qualitative evaluation of digitization projects
- You identify and select relevant digitization trends and concepts, develop appropriate decision templates and implement them
- You identify and evaluate digital, disruptive business models
- You lead strategically oriented projects

**Your Profile**:
Furthermore, you are characterized by detailed company-specific knowledge or exceptional special knowledge and skills:
Technical and digital:

- Highly proficient at Excel & SQL
- Working knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Data Studio, etc.
- Good business knowledge and capability to grasp & understand KPI performance and impacts thereof
- Previous experience with telecommunication and digital organizations is an advantage
- Understanding of telco products / services and telco metrics is an advantage
- Some exposure to CRM and/or automated marketing practices is an advantage
- Experience with online analytics platforms (like Tableau, Kibana, Redash, Redshift and Google Anlytics) is desired - knowledge of working of tag managers is also desired
- Programming knowledge on languages like Python / R is an advantage

- Take on evaluation, communication, and mitigation of risks as well as target group-specific communication (project sponsor, project participant, senior management, possibly management of affiliated companies)
- Initiate optimization of project processes, activities, and systems
- Comfortable in an abstract multi-national environment
- Work with product teams to optimize and prioritize the roadmap and to define experiments and hypotheses to increase product performance
- Collaborate with data engineers and colleagues to define the next stage of analytics products and data pipelines
