The focus is on software solutions and mobile technologies for transportation companies. Trapeze DACH is the partner in German-speaking Europe with more than 300 employees at 7 locations. We are looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will also take on the responsibilities of the Chief Product Officer (CPO). In this role, the CTO will be supported by the Head of Product Management and Innovation and the Head of R&D. The CTO will be part of our senior leadership team and drive the strategic development of our technology landscape. This position reports to the CEO of Trapeze DACH. Your Key responsibilities: - Develop and execute a long-term technology roadmap and technical architecture in line with the company’s strategic objectives. - Lead and evolve the different development teams, ensuring clear direction, alignment, and high performance. - Establish and enforce best practices in software development, system architecture, development infrastructure and IT security. - Manage the technology budget, ensuring smart resource allocation and cost-effective decision-making. - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous technical improvement across the organization. - Oversee the development of new products and services according to the agreed roadmaps, ensuring high standards and timely delivery. - Ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of all technology solutions and platforms. - Stay ahead of tech trends and market developments to maintain the company’s technological edge and resilience. - Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners, evaluating and selecting the most suitable solutions and services.
