**Your role**:
As the **Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Ovom Care**, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of reproductive medicine. You will be responsible for developing and executing the technology strategy, overseeing tactical implementation, ensuring operational excellence, and providing visionary leadership. This position requires a hands-on mentality, strong project management skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

**Responsibilities**:

Strategy**: Tech stack, partnerships, and product roadmap.
- ** Tactical**: Project management, tech integration, and cross-functional alignment.
- ** Operational**: Hands-on building, process optimization.
- ** Production**: Ensure seemless IT; cybersecurity and compliance.
- ** Leadership**: Hiring, coaching, and fostering innovation.

**Your profile**:
**Technical Skills Required**:

- Data engineering (data pipelines, backend).
- Integrations of Services and Systems
- AI & ML modeling (statistical approaches, ML Ops, potential for computer vision).
- Cloud infrastructure - preferably GCP.
- Good understanding of software architecture models and software engineering

**Requirements**:

- Senior tech leadership experience, preferably in startups.
- Experience in healthcare environment & knowledge around data security.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proven ability to drive tech strategies for growth and innovation.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
