Die **Birnbaum Hotels** sind ein familiengeführter Hotelverbund in Franken mit individuellen Häusern, die Gastfreundschaft, Stil und Bodenständigkeit vereinen. Um unseren Außenauftritt weiterzuentwickeln, suchen wir eine kreative Persönlichkeit für den Bereich **Social Media, Web und Public Relations**

**Deine Aufgaben**
- **Social Media**: Planung, Gestaltung und Veröffentlichung von Inhalten für Instagram, Facebook & Co.
- **Öffentlichkeitsarbeit**: Verfassen von Texten für Website, Flyer, Pressemeldungen oder interne News.
- **Website-Relaunch**: Konzeption und Umsetzung einer neuen Website (z. B. mit WordPress oder Webflow), inkl. Struktur und Design.
- **Websitepflege**: Kontinuierliche Aktualisierung von Bildern, Texten und Angeboten.
- **Online-Marketing**: Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung und Steuerung von Anzeigen (Google, Meta etc.).
- **Corporate Design**: Sicherstellung eines einheitlichen, ansprechenden Außenauftritts.
- **Konzeption**: Entwicklung neuer Ideen, wie wir Gäste und Talente online und offline erreichen können.

**Das bringst du mit**
- Ein gutes Sprachgefühl, Kreativität und Organisationstalent.
- Erfahrung mit Social Media.
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Webdesign (UX/UI) und SEO.
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise & Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
