**Deine Aufgaben**

PROJEKT: ABOUT YOU
- Du bearbeitest interne Customer Service Themen und Prozesse
- Schon vor dem Marktstart führst du einen Rollout neuer Themen bei kleinen
Kundengruppen und / oder Märkten durch
- Du unterstützt bei der Qualitätsprüfung von Kundenkontakten (Calls und Tickets)

Dabei behältst du immer den Blick durch die Kundenbrille und hast den ständigen Drive, die Themen, Prozesse und Abläufe rund um die Customer Journey zu beleuchten und zu verändern.

**Deine Mission**
- Klärfälle aus dem 1st und 2nd Level übernehmen und sie mit deiner Erfahrung zu
unterstützen
- Verbesserungspotentiale erkennen und damit aktiv zur Vermeidung von „Try & Error“ an
und mit den Kunden beizutragen
- Deine Ergebnisse dienen dabei der Generierung von Benchmarks und bilden die spätere
Basis des Performance Managements
- Dein proaktives Feedback hilft, die Qualitätsanforderungen unserer Kunden zu erfüllen,
Prozesse anzupassen, zu verschriftlichen, zu verändern und umzusetzen

**Was du mitbringst**
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und (sehr) gut Englisch - weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
- Du bist eine weltoffene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Du verfügst bereits über Know-How in Customer-Service / -Experience
- Du machst das Kundenerlebnis zu deinem eigenen

- Bei uns bekommst du keinen Stundenlohn, sondern ein Gehalt, berechnet auf der Basis von 16 Euro/Stunde
