Der Operations Coordinator (m/w/d) ist für uns das wichtigste Bindeglied zwischen Operation und Sales. Als solcher bist du über die Erstellung von Projektunterlagen, Kommunikation zwischen den Teams und dem Endkunden, bis hin zur Koordination von mehreren Projekten verantwortlich. Du verbesserst bestehende Prozesse und übernimmst selbst Verantwortung für deine Bereiche.

DEINE AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN
- Effiziente Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Sales
- und Account-Management Teams bei der Planung und operativen Abwicklung von Projekten
- Erstellung der technischen Unterlagen für unsere Kundenprojekte
- Unterstützung bei der Koordination, Planung und Umsetzung unsere Installationen
- Ausführen von Bestellungen und Koordination mit unseren Lieferanten
- Hand in Hand mit unserem Operations Manager bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Lieferanten und unseren Installationsteams
- Erstellung von Reportings rund um den Operationsbereich

DEINE PERSÖNLICHKEIT
- Du bist ein Teamplayer, übernimmst aber auch gerne Eigenverantwortung
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und hast immer das Gesamtbild im Auge
- Du bist kontaktfreudig, kommunikativ und empathisch
- Du bist gerne unterwegs und betreust die Umsetzung der Projekte vor Ort
- Du interessierst dich für alles Technische und lernst gerne Neues Dazu
- Du kannst mit stressigen Situationen umgehen und suchst nach kreativen Lösungen

QUALIFIKATIONEN
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft / Technik
- Technisches Verständnis, grundlegende IT-Kenntnisse und Affinität für Zahlen
- Sehr gute MS Office-Skills
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) in Wort und Schrift
- Englisch B2, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
