Under the responsibility of the Information and Knowledge Management (IKM) Head of Advisory Unit, the IKM Support Student will provide support on several IKM Initiatives:
Your tasks

1. Supporting the migration of content onto the Intranet (SharePoint):
Supporting all departments (Communications, Fundraising, HR, FinAdmin, etc) with the transfer of documents from a multitude of platforms onto the new SharePoint system

Assisting with file and folder inventories and cataloguing

Adding the validated taxonomy to all documents - respecting guidelines and policies on naming conventions, folder structure, metadata, etc.

2. Working closely with the Senior Advisor for Internal Communications and relevant IKM focal points to support the implementation of a new intranet communications plan:
Supporting the organisation, creation and design of office-wide communications content on SharePoint and other channels

Providing support for relevant departments and teams in the development of their individual communications sites and document management

**Requirements**:
Student status (required)

Knowledge or experience in project management

Ability to work independently

Structured and organized mindset

Ability process and prioritize large volumes of information

Fluent spoken and written English

German language skills are an asset

Experience in Business or Organisational Administration/Communications is an asset

Our Offer

**Salary**: 14,80€ per hour, plus 13th salary for employment of six months or more

Annual salary increases in line with inflation adjustments as well as free drinks and fruit

Flexible working hours and mobile working with presence in the office, depending on work requirements

Financial allowance for remote work and company laptop with additional accessories for mobile working

30 days holidays plus days off on 12/24 and 12/31

Possibilities to work up to 6 weeks per year from abroad within the EU
