The Renewables Academy (RENAC) AG, based in Berlin, Germany, is one of the leading international providers of renewable energy training and energy efficiency education. Since our founding in 2008, over 35,500 participants from more than 175 nations worldwide have benefited from our expertise in the technology, financing, management, and market development of alternative energy.
We are currently seeking a student assistant to join our Business Development and Sales Department. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the renewable energy sector while supporting our international team.
Tasks
**Core Duties**:

- Supporting the preparation of technical tender proposals
- Evaluation and monitoring of international public tenders
- Help maintain and update internal databases, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date
- Provide administrative assistance with customer inquiries and contribute to the organization of courses and events
- Research on relevant topics related to renewable energy and energy efficiency, providing insights to support decision-making
- Participate in quality assurance processes and assist with the evaluation of our services and training programs

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s student with a focus on energy/environment with at least one year of studies remaining
- very good written and spoken English skills
- German (min. B1) is required and knowledge of French or Spanish would be an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills
- Motivated and detail-oriented, who shares our passion for sustainability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with good organizational skills
- Previous experience with international tender processes is a plus
